Terms of Use

Daily Panda — Habit Tracker  ·  Effective September 15, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Panda mobile application ("the app"), developed by Suhas Shelar ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the usage rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, whichever you installed it from.

2. Your content

Habit titles, notes, reflections, and any other content you enter into the app remain yours. It is stored locally on your device and, only if you choose to enable Cloud Backup, in your own Google Drive. We claim no ownership over your content and do not access it except as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions (Daily Panda Premium)

Lifetime purchase. If a "lifetime" option is offered and you buy it, that grants you Premium for as long as Daily Panda continues to operate as a service — it is not a promise that the app or any specific feature will be maintained or continue to exist forever. If we were ever to discontinue Daily Panda entirely, a lifetime purchase would end along with the service, the same as it would for a subscriber. It does not entitle you to features added to a later, separately-sold product.

4. Eligibility

Daily Panda is a general-audience productivity app and is not directed at children under 13 (see our Privacy Policy). If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the app with the involvement of a parent or guardian, consistent with the age requirements of the app store you downloaded it from.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app except where applicable law explicitly permits it, and not to use the app for any unlawful purpose.

6. No professional advice

Daily Panda is a personal productivity and habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. If you are tracking a habit related to your health, the app is a personal organizational aid only — consult a qualified professional for medical or mental health concerns.

7. Third-party links

The app and this site may link to services we don't control — the App Store, Google Play, your Google Account's Drive settings. We aren't responsible for the content or privacy practices of those destinations; check their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app is limited to the amount you actually paid us through the app in the 12 months before the claim — or, if you haven't paid us anything, to USD 20. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and some jurisdictions don't allow the above limitations to begin with — where that's true, this section applies only to the extent your local law permits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Disputes

If you have a concern about the app, please contact us (§15) first — most things are easier to resolve directly than through a formal process, and we'd rather just fix it.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to consumers in your country or region of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent such laws grant you protections you cannot contractually waive.

13. Severability and waiver

If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part is read as narrowly as needed to make it valid. If we don't act on a breach of these Terms right away, that doesn't mean we're giving up the right to act on a similar breach later.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms, which will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.

15. Contact
